Earlyshia Thomas, M.Ed, currently serves as the Assistant Principal for a high school in the Dallas Independent School District, where responsibilities include supporting the Social Studies, Special Education, and CTE Departments, and aiding the campus principal in implementing standards-based curriculum and instructional strategies to enhance student achievement. Previously, Earlyshia held the position of Assistant Principal at Manor Independent School District, focusing on community engagement and the development of campus improvement plans. In addition, Earlyshia has experience as an Instructional Specialist at Fort Worth ISD, leading academic initiatives and ensuring high-quality instructional practices, as well as serving as a Secondary ELA Specialist at Everman Independent School District, providing essential support and instruction to enhance student success in English Language Arts. Earlyshia holds a Master of Education in Administration & Supervision from Tennessee State University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership & Professional Practices at Trevecca Nazarene University.
