Elena S. Hill, Ed.D., has over 25 years of experience in education, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Academic Officer for the Dallas Independent School District since May 1997. Throughout their career in this district, Elena S. Hill has held various roles including Assistant Superintendent for Early Learning, Executive Director, Principal, Assistant Principal, and Teacher. Prior to this, Elena S. Hill worked as the Lead Preschool Teacher at Highland Park UMC from May 1995 to May 1997. Elena S. Hill holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Texas, a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of North Texas.
