Lance Williams

Lance Williams, M.Ed., serves as a High School Principal at the Dallas Independent School District since July 2019, where accomplishments include significant improvements in campus accountability ratings and student achievement through focused strategies and community involvement. Previously, Lance held the position of Middle School Principal, successfully elevating a campus rating from “F” to “C” and demonstrating a strong commitment to instructional leadership. Early career roles included serving as Principal Resident and Assistant Principal, with notable contributions towards developing safety plans and improving academic performance. Lance's education includes a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, both from Prairie View A&M University.
