Leanne Hockman

Leanne Hockman has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Network Coordinator and Instructional Lead Coach with the Dallas Independent School District since August 2015, where responsibilities include supporting high needs students as an Algebra I teacher. Prior experience includes roles as an Elementary School Counselor at Jones Elementary in Bryan Independent School District, delivering guidance to over 700 K-5 students, and positions at Quality Schools International, where Leanne established a college guidance curriculum and taught mathematics and science to K-12 students. Previous experience in the Austin Independent School District involved counseling and teaching mathematics at multiple levels, including managing academic guidance for 500 students at JBHS and teaching mathematics at Irving High School. Leanne holds a Master's Degree in Counselor Education from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from Oklahoma Christian University.
