Libby Daniels

Libby Daniels is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Chief Communications Officer for the Dallas Independent School District, a role held since September 2013. Prior to this position, Libby held various titles within the Dallas ISD Communications, including Executive Director and Program Manager, from April 2008 to September 2013. Libby also founded and operated lib.write.create, a creative agency focused on storytelling, from May 1993 to April 2008. Earlier in the career, Libby worked as a Writer/Producer at Westcott Communications and as a Weekend Associate Producer at WSMV-TV (NBC). Education credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio/Television/Film with a minor in Journalism from The University of North Texas.
