Lorena Hernandez

Lorena Hernandez is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Executive Director at the Dallas Independent School District since September 2020. Prior to this, Lorena held the position of Principal at Henry W. Longfellow Career Exploration Academy from August 2015 to September 2020 and at Sudie Williams Elementary from September 2006 to August 2015. Additional roles include Associate Principal at Florence Middle School and Assistant Principal at Robert T. Hill Middle School. Lorena Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas Woman's University.
