Maria Avilez

Maria Avilez, MPA, currently serves as the Employee Relations Director at KIPP Texas Public Schools and has been in this role since May 2025. Prior to this position, Maria was the Employee Relations Coordinator at Dallas Independent School District, where responsibilities included managing grievance processes for over 20,000 staff members, processing Public Information Requests, and providing guidance on workplace policies.
