Dallas LIFE is the largest homeless shelter in North Texas serving men, women and children.  Founded in 1954, we serve close to 300 homeless residents per night and can sleep 500 in beds nightly or up to 700 using mats.  We are the only homeless shelter that provides individual family rooms for married couples and parents with children.

The Counseling Team at Dallas LIFE Homeless Recovery Center provides crucial mental health and emotional support services to residents. They work to assess, counsel, and develop individualized recovery plans for individuals and families, helping them overcome trauma, addiction, and other barriers to stability and independence.
