Khalia Collier

Khalia Collier serves as the Vice President and Chief of Staff of Basketball Operations for the Dallas Mavericks since September 2022. As the Owner of the St. Louis Surge Professional Basketball Team since May 2011, Khalia has extensive experience in sports management. From October 2020 to September 2022, Khalia held the position of Vice President of Community Relations for St. Louis CITY SC, focusing on fostering inclusive and equitable community engagement. Previous roles include leadership in the Institute for Private Business at Saint Louis University and a management consultant position at Asbury Automotive Group. Khalia began a career in the automotive industry as a management trainee at Plaza Motors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Political Science from Missouri Baptist University and a degree in Political Science from Columbia College.
