Matt Riccardi

Matt Riccardi is an accomplished sports executive currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Senior Director of Pro Personnel for the Dallas Mavericks since August 2022. Prior to this role, Matt Riccardi spent over a decade with the Brooklyn Nets, holding multiple positions including Director of Scouting Operations and General Manager of the Long Island Nets. Experience also includes various roles in basketball operations, starting from Basketball Operations Coordinator to Team Assistant. Matt Riccardi's early career features an internship in Investor Relations at Aegon in the Netherlands, an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach position at the University of Texas at Tyler, and serving as a Basketball Summer Camp Director. Matt Riccardi holds an MBA in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at Tyler.
