Sean Reed

Sean Reed currently serves as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility for the Dallas Mavericks, where responsibilities have included leading the Mavs Take ACTION! initiative since January 2022, following a role as Senior Manager in the same field. Prior experience includes working for the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas on the Southern Dallas Thrives Initiative and serving as Organizing Director for the Texas Democratic Party. Sean Reed also has a background in education as a Secondary Science Teacher at the Dallas Independent School District and has worked as a Diversity Recruitment Specialist at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Sean Reed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Sam Houston State University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
