Fern Johnson

Fern Johnson is currently a Trustee at the Dallas Museum of Art, and previously held the position of Sr. Director / CIO, Global Procurement and Global Supply Chain at PepsiCo, Inc. from January 2014 to April 2019. Prior to that, they were Sr. Director, Global Collaboration Program at PepsiCo, Inc. from January 1991 to December 2013, where they were responsible for launching a new global collaboration and knowledge sharing program. Fern has also been instrumental in PepsiCo's compliance and readiness for Y2K across their North American bottling plants, 400+ locations, and 150 non-supported business systems.

Fern Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts in Literature & Communications from Pace University and an Executive Certificate in Cybersecurity from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
