Tyler Files

Tyler Files currently serves as the Manager of Talent Strategies at the Dallas Regional Chamber, a position held since August 2022, where successful leadership in planning and implementing higher education and workforce events has resulted in exceeding revenue and attendance goals by 50%. Tyler also represents the Chamber in the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives Economic Mobility Fellowship, focusing on strategies to uplift underchampioned communities. Previously, Tyler held multiple roles at McKinney ISD from July 2019 to May 2022, including Teacher and Assistant Coach for both football and soccer. Tyler earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University between 2016 and 2019.
