Maryam Fath

Maryam Fath is a seasoned hospital pharmacist with extensive experience, currently working at Dallas Regional Medical Center since February 2013. In this role, responsibilities include reviewing and verifying medication accuracy, managing interactions, and compounding various solutions per established protocols. Prior to this, Maryam Fath worked full-time as a pharmacist at Walgreens from April 1998 to October 2020, where counseling patients and managing medication tasks were primary duties. Additionally, Maryam Fath began a career in pharmacy as a pharmacy intern and technician at Eckerd from March 1996 to April 1998.
