Chorus Director at Dallas Symphony Chorus

Anthony Blake Clark serves as the Chorus Director at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra since May 2023, holding the Jean D. Wilson Chair. In addition, Anthony occupies roles as the James Erb Choral Chair Director of Choruses at the Richmond Symphony, Artistic Director of Bach Vespers at Holy Trinity, and Music Director for the Baltimore Choral Arts Society. Freelance work began in January 2005, and prior positions include Director of Choral Activities at The George Washington University and Graduate Assistant to Simon Halsey at the University of Birmingham. Educationally, Anthony holds a Master's degree in Choral Conducting from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Music Composition from Baylor University, complemented by various workshops and specialized training in conducting.

Dallas Symphony Chorus

The Dallas Symphony Chorus is the official vocal ensemble of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. This all-volunteer organization consists of members who devote their time, effort and considerable talent to regularly scheduled rehearsals and performances with the Dallas Symphony, as well as appearances in the greater Dallas metroplex, across the United States and with orchestras in venues around the world.
