Dallas Symphony Chorus
Tamera Hurdle currently serves as the Events Operations Manager at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tamera held various positions at Southern Methodist University from September 2013 to November 2022, including Director of Operations and Manager of Operations at McFarlin Auditorium. Tamera's experience also includes serving as Operations Manager at the Sci-Tech Discovery Center from September 2010 to September 2013. Tamera holds a Master's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, as well as two Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government, all obtained from Southern Methodist University between 1993 and 2018.
Dallas Symphony Chorus
The Dallas Symphony Chorus is the official vocal ensemble of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. This all-volunteer organization consists of members who devote their time, effort and considerable talent to regularly scheduled rehearsals and performances with the Dallas Symphony, as well as appearances in the greater Dallas metroplex, across the United States and with orchestras in venues around the world.
