Debbie Brooks

Debbie Brooks is a seasoned music professional with extensive experience in orchestral performance and music contracting. Currently serving as a Contractor/Librarian at Broadway Dallas since October 2022, Debbie has been the Managing Director of DFW Musicians Services LLC since August 2005, overseeing the booking of musical talent for various events. Debbie is also an accomplished cellist, performing with the Core Orchestra of Dallas Summer Musicals and Casa Manana since June 2000 and June 1981, respectively. Additionally, Debbie has held the position of Section Cellist with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra since 1999 and has been an extra musician for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. Academic involvement includes a role as Visiting Lecturer at the University of North Texas from August 2021 to February 2023. Debbie holds both a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music degree from the University of North Texas, specializing in Cello Performance and Musicology.
