Dallas Theological Seminary
Andrew Yates is an experienced professional in pastoral care and discipleship, currently serving as the Coordinator of Global Discipleship and Advisor to Men at Dallas Theological Seminary since March 2022. Previously, Andrew held the role of Area Pastor at Hope Community Church RDU from August 2014 to April 2021, where responsibilities encompassed supporting members in their spiritual growth. Earlier experience includes serving as a Pastoral Assistant at Watermark Community Church, where Andrew addressed diverse pastoral care needs, and managing college ministry as an intern at Grace Bible Church. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Organizational Administration and Governance from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master's in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
