Currently serving as the Director of Housing and Operations Program Management and Project Manager for Project Titan at Dallas Theological Seminary since August 2018, Karl has also held positions such as Interim Pastor at Gardens Community Church and Executive Pastor at Colonial Church. Previous roles include office management at Republic Post Closing Services, leadership development consulting for Westlake Bible Church, and operations management in real estate. Karl's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
