Allison R. has a diverse work experience in the field of athletic training and sports medicine. Allison currently holds the position of Head Athletic Trainer & Director of Sports Medicine at Panther City Lacrosse Club and Dallas Wings, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer at the Phoenix Fire Department from 2018 to 2022. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Director of Sports Medicine Services at Dallas Wings. Allison also has experience as the Head Athletic Trainer & Director of Basketball Operations at Tulsa Shock, WNBA from 2014 to 2015, and as an Athletic Trainer at STI Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation from 2008 to 2014.
