Gustavo Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Gustavo started their career as a Sales & Marketing Intern at Puerto Rico Islanders FC in 2012. Gustavo then served as a Volunteer in Facilities & Operations at Ohio University Athletics in 2012, followed by a role as Student Manager in the same department in 2013. In 2014, they worked as General Staff at Southern Ohio Copperheads before joining Ohio University in 2015 as a Student Manager in Ticket Sales. From 2016 to 2018, Gustavo was an Account Executive for Ticket Sales at Puerto Rico FC. Gustavo then moved to the Frisco RoughRiders and held the positions of Ticket Sales Coordinator from 2018 to 2019 and Corporate Sales Executive from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Premium Sales Consultant for the Dallas Cowboys. More recently, Gustavo has held the position of Director of Ticket Sales at Panther City Lacrosse Club and Dallas Wings starting from 2023.
Gustavo Rodriguez completed their high school education from Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola between 2008 and 2012. Gustavo then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Ohio University, graduating in 2016.

The Dallas Wings are a professional basketball team based in Arlington, Texas, playing in the Western Conference in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). The team was founded in Detroit, Michigan before the 1998 WNBA season began; the team moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma before the 2010 season; then moved to Dallas prior to the start of the 2016 season. The Dallas Wings play home games at the College Park Center on the University of Texas at Arlington campus.
