Jalise Smallwood

Jalise Smallwood is an experienced professional in ticket operations and athletic advising, currently serving as the Ticket Operations Manager for the Dallas Wings since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jalise was the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations at the University of Arizona from July to November 2022 and worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Advisor at The University of Southern Mississippi from August 2021 to November 2022. In addition, Jalise gained customer service experience as a Sales Associate at Best Buy from April 2021 to November 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Economic Development/Sports Security and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi, as well as an Associate's degree in Public Health from Butler Community College.
