Jake Bender

Jake Bender is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate governance. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Financial Officer at High Roller Group since August 2017, Bender also holds board member positions at Midwest Regional Bank and the Dallas Zoo. Additionally, Bender has been Chairman at One Rail Group, LLC since March 2019. Previous roles include Vice President of Investment Banking at Stephens Inc. from 2010 to August 2017 and Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Jaffray from 2008 to 2010, specializing in clean technology and renewables. Bender began a career in finance with investment research at Kennedy Capital Management from 2006 to 2008. Bender holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Saint Louis University, obtained in 2008.
