Mark Boyer

Mark Boyer currently serves as the Director of CRM & Data Analysis at the Dallas Zoo since August 2019. Previously, Mark held the role of Director of Guest Services at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science from May 2013 to August 2019 and served as the Director of Visitor Services at the Milwaukee Art Museum from June 2010 to May 2013, where Mark also acted as Manager of Visitor Services. Additionally, Mark worked as Circulation District Manager for The Journal Times from March 2009 to May 2010 and gained extensive operational experience at Six Flags Great America from May 1996 to November 2008, working across various departments including Admissions, Guest Relations, and Water-park Operations. Mark began a career in supervisory roles with Cedar Fair Entertainment Company at World's of Fun from July 1990 to October 1995. Mark holds a BA in Geography from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
