Fred Dally, P.E is the President & CEO of Dally + Associates Structural & Civil Engineers and Co-owner and Principal of ASA Dally. Fred has a strong background in structural engineering and has worked on various projects for companies like Haynes Whaley Associates, ASA Consulting Engineers, and Walter P Moore. Fred holds an MS in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as BS degrees in Civil Engineering and Physics.
