Louise Dufon

Louise Dufon has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 with a university project called "Insertion et poursuites d'études" where they conducted a study. In 2016, they also worked as a sales advisor at OKAÏDI. Louise then joined BNP Paribas as a sales development officer in 2017. In 2018, Louise joined Challenge Ecricome as a member of the Event Management team and also became a member of KEDGE Sailing Team, responsible for sports and logistics. In 2019, they worked as a recruitment officer for DUALIS Recrutement. From 2020 to 2021, Louise served as a member of the Women's Voices project, focusing on giving Asian women a platform to share their experiences. Louise then joined AFP as an HR officer from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, Louise worked as an HR manager for Bellman, a human and transparent property management company. Currently, they are an HR specialist at Dalma.
