Richard Favier

Richard Favier is an experienced professional in the pensions and insolvency sectors, currently serving as an accredited pensions trustee at Dalriada Trustees Limited since March 2021. Prior to this role, Richard was the CEO of Favier Ltd from July 2013 to March 2021, specializing in negotiating defined benefit pension scheme settlements and contributions for trustees and employers. Richard's career also includes significant contributions as the Head of Insolvency and Restructuring at the Pension Protection Fund, where £1.5 billion was recovered, and as an Official Receiver at The Insolvency Service, providing advisory support on insolvency policy to government ministers for over three decades.
