Karen Baldridge is a licensed real estate agent with over 18 years of experience specializing in the Southwest Florida market, particularly in Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Naples. Currently associated with Dalton Wade Real Estate Group since August 2025, Karen previously worked at EXIT Gulf Coast Realty and EXIT Realty of Naples. Karen holds a BS in Marketing/Management from the University of Colorado Denver Business School, an Associate of Science in Dental Assisting from Mankato State University, and has obtained the GRI designation from the Real Estate and Mortgage Institute of Canada Inc. and the Real Estate Institute.
