Daltyn is an industrial venture studio based in Kazakhstan.
We originate, develop, and operate industrial assets across resources, processing, power, and agriculture — built on Kazakh soil and held for the long term. Kazakhstan holds one of the world's deepest resource and agricultural bases, yet most of it has long left the country as raw material, with the value added abroad. Daltyn exists to change that equation: to process what the country produces, at home.
Our approach is deliberate. We begin with the inputs that are hardest to secure — a proven sector specialist and a resource we can control — and only then bring in capital, government support, and a vetted contractor to deliver. We do not walk away at completion; we operate each asset ourselves, on one integrated system. Discipline before commitment.
Every project is held in its own ring-fenced company and structured under the Astana International Financial Centre — English common law, an independent court, and international standards. A defined share of profit is reinvested into the regions where we operate, in education, youth, and sport.
We work with a small group of aligned partners who take a long-term view of industry in Kazakhstan.
Specialties: industrial development · resource processing · metal processing · oil & gas · power generation · agriculture · civil engineering · project origination · Kazakhstan · AIFC · Central Asia
