Dam Brands is a Boutique CPG Consultancy focused on only a handful of brands. While running an upstart can be a balancing act with cash, payroll often gets stressed when employing high-class executives with great contacts, and feet on the street - That's where we come in!

We operate as your General Manager, President, VP of Sales or even Janitor. Our focus on your brand strategy can drive competitive advantages and profitable growth. Here are a few of the problems we solve that continually frustrate organizations:

We start with a fact-based understanding of what your brand stands for today and ideally how it should be positioned in the future. Then we translate that understanding into an experience and expression of your brand that will drive preference, loyalty and growth.

Bringing new insights to the decision table, we determine precisely what you need to start doing, stop doing and keep doing to attract new customers and embrace new markets, all without alienating your core.

Brand building is storytelling at its finest. We focus on what matters most to your key stakeholders to your drive growth, and crystalize your messaging to distinguish you from your competitive set.

Many organizations make decisions based on conventional wisdom. We believe that the best brands do it differently—they make decisions based on the objectively determined needs and perceptions of their key stakeholders.

We look at the holistic experience your customers have with your brand, and bring the brand to life at the highest impact touch points.

No organization has unlimited resources. All need to prioritize their time, energy and money to help them best achieve their goals. We help clients use the brand as a filter for decision making, using the fewest resources possible to achieve the greatest impact. And we help execute for success.
