Femi Agbato, MBA, has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Femi is a Co-Founder and Operations Lead at Dam Coolers LLC since May 2016. Femi was previously with GE Power, where they worked as a Lead Customer Service Management Specialist from March 2016 to May 2019, and as a Lead Operations Manager from August 2015 to May 2019. Femi also served as the Membership Chair at INCOSE from December 2013 to April 2017, and as the Atlanta Chapter Secretary at SME from January 2012 to April 2016. Femi has worked as a Project Engineering at Consolidated Container Company from January 2015 to May 2015, and as an Industrial Engineer at Plastic Omnium and Gulfstream Aerospace in 2014. Femi Agbato, MBA has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 2003, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences and Agricultural Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Following this, in 2012, they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Engineering at Georgia State University Perimeter College.

Continuing their education, Agbato pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University, which they completed in 2014. During this time, they also obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Georgia Tech Professional Education in 2013.

Eager to further enhance their expertise in business administration, Agbato enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program at Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, completing their degree in 2016. Alongside their academic pursuits, Agbato obtained certifications in Project Management from Georgia Tech Professional Education, including "Project Management: Managing Risk and Procurements" in July 2013, "Project Management: Case Study Workshop," "Project Management: Communicating Within Teams," and "Project Management: Delivering the Triple Constraints" at unspecified dates.
