Harish Wadkar

Harish Wadkar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project budget management and commercial oversight in the real estate industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at DAMAC Properties since January 2015, Harish oversees commercial awards and project budgets for a diverse portfolio valued at AED 25 billion, which includes residential, hotel, and master developments across various geographies. Prior roles include Chairperson of the Board at Roberto Cavalli and DGM of Project Controls at Koltepatil Iven Township Ltd. Harish also has a background as Planning Manager at Confluence Project Management. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Shivaji University.
