Rabih Moutraji

Rabih Moutraji serves as the Senior Vice President of Projects at DAMAC Properties since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion and overseeing project operations. Prior to this role, Rabih held the position of Senior Director at Diriyah Gate Development Authority from December 2020 to July 2023, overseeing all facets of projects within the Diriyah Gate Master Plan. Rabih's extensive experience spans across various prestigious projects as Project Director at Hill International from December 2006 to December 2020, including notable developments like Expo 2020 Dubai and major airport expansions. Earlier positions include Team Leader and Senior Architect at NORR, Assistant Resident Engineer and Project Architect at Dar Al Handasah, and Architect at Arabian Construction Company. Rabih Moutraji holds a Master's degree from Lebanese University, a certification in project management from the Institute of Project Management, and a background in architecture from the University of Salford.
