Neil Henderson

Neil Henderson has over three decades of experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician and Continuous Improvement Manager at Daman Products Company, Inc. since March 2002. In this role, Neil leads the Continuous Improvement department, overseeing quality assurance, new employee training, and workflow setup. Prior experience includes working as a CNC Machinist at Mikim Machine from July 1999 to February 2002, specializing in high tolerance industrial components, and a decade-long tenure at Daman Products from October 1989 to July 1999, where responsibilities included production leadership and CNC programming of custom hydraulic manifolds.
