Ashley Borja, M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Damar Services, Inc., Ashley has progressed through various roles including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist since November 2017. Prior to this, Ashley worked as an HR Intern at AdTalem Global Education, managing the hiring process for Federal Work Study students. Additional experience includes an internship at Trinity Services Inc. focused on employee well-being initiatives and a role as Program Specialist at Girls Inc. of Johnson County, where Ashley developed leadership, mentoring, and program planning skills. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Franklin College.
