Ashley Deras-Blay, SHRM-CP, has been serving as the Human Resources Compliance Manager at Damar Services, Inc. since December 2018, where Ashley was promoted from HR Generalist after successfully leading employee relations initiatives and participating in the implementation of a new HRIS system. Previously, Ashley coordinated talent acquisition processes and compliance efforts, improving the pre-employment process and documenting standard operating procedures. Ashley's career began at Ingram Micro Mobility as a Customer Service Representative, and additional experience includes data entry work at That's Good HR, Inc. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Applied Psychology from the University of Indianapolis and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Vincennes University.
