Karissa Rates

Karissa Rates is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Damar Services, Inc. since January 2025. Previously, Karissa held the position of Director of Marketing, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Cancer Support Community Indiana from March 2014 to January 2025, where responsibilities included leading marketing strategies and designing various marketing collateral for fundraising events. Prior to that role, Karissa worked at PNC, first as a Marketing & Communications Manager and then as a Treasury Management Sales Associate. Karissa holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Butler University.
