Kimberly Hollabaugh

Kimberly Hollabaugh, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Administrator of Health Services at Damar Services, Inc. since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Director at The Bowen Center from October 2019 to March 2023, and Provider Relations Manager at Choices Coordinated Care Solutions from May 2015 to October 2019. Additionally, Kimberly held positions such as Guardian ad Litem at Northeastern IN CASA, Inc. and Child Advocates, Inc., and Program Services Coordinator at SAFY of Indiana. Early career experience includes serving as a Family Case Manager at the Marion County Department of Child Services. Kimberly Hollabaugh holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies with a minor in Social Work from Western Michigan University.
