Asta Navickaite

Asta Navickaite currently serves as the Head of Planning, Buying & Merchandising at Damas Jewellery since September 2024. Prior to this role, Asta held multiple positions at S5 Stratos from February 2020 to August 2024, including Vice President Client Services and Director of International Markets. Asta's extensive experience in the retail industry also includes significant roles at adidas from December 2014 to January 2020, where Asta was Senior Director of Assortment Planning Europe, Senior Director of Range Architecture and Merchandising for Global Sports Business Units, and other senior roles in merchandising. Asta’s career began at White House Black Market in various planning roles from November 2005 to April 2014, and included a position as Planning EU Retail at Michael Kors. Asta holds a Master's degree in International Commerce from George Mason University, a Master's degree in Public Administration from Mykolas Romeris University, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Klaipeda University.
