Shashank Shobhit

Shashank Shobhit currently serves as the Head of Ecommerce at Damas Jewellery, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Shashank was Director of Growth & Marketing at eyewa from January 2023 to March 2025, where leadership in Omnichannel Growth and e-commerce was a key focus. Shashank also held the position of Head of Growth at Hafla from February 2022 to January 2023, and as Senior Manager of Growth at Flipkart from April 2020 to January 2022, contributing significantly to the launch and scaling of the Flipkart wholesale business. Previous experience includes managing growth for Uber's food delivery business in North India from October 2017 to March 2020, achieving noteworthy financial success. Shashank holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management at IIT Bombay, earned between July 2012 and May 2014.
