Fang-Yu (Annie) Lin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and customer relationship management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Customer Relationship Management Manager and previously holding multiple managerial roles at Damascus Bakery since March 2015, Fang-Yu has a proven track record in implementing process innovations and leading product development initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Dale and Thomas Popcorn, where Fang-Yu managed QA teams and ensured compliance with food safety regulations. Additionally, Fang-Yu has held roles as a Graduate Assistant and Food Safety Auditor at Rutgers University, contributing to research and quality evaluations. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Food Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s in Animal Science and Technology from National Taiwan University.

Headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, Damascus has been pleasing customers for 84 years. With grandsons Ed and Dave Mafoud at the helm, old-world traditions and new-world technology provide the perfect recipe for our extensive bakery line of pitas, lahvash wraps, paninis, flat bread roll-ups, and pizza crusts.
