Currently serving as a Sr. Baking Technologist and Quality Assurance expert at Damascus Bakery since May 2023, Renuka oversees the entire production of a multi-faceted kosher baking unit. Previous roles include Senior Kosher Baking Technologist and Plant In-Charge at Manhattan Bake Shop, where Renuka developed unique kosher products and trained staff, and Sr. Millet Baking Technologist at GRAMI SUPER, focusing on gluten-free and organic recipes.
