Sanya Bici is an experienced food safety and quality systems manager with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Food Safety and Quality Systems Manager at Damascus Bakery since March 2019, Sanya Bici previously worked as the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Biazzo Dairy Products Inc., where responsibilities included leading SQF Food Safety System development, managing HACCP plans, conducting regulatory audits, and coordinating employee training. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance Technician/SQF Practitioner at Newburg Egg, focusing on GMP systems and compliance, and as a Shift Supervisor at Stewart's Shops Corp.
