Timothy Rizk has a diverse work experience, starting as a Co-Owner of Mediterranean Flame, Inc., a Middle Eastern restaurant, from 1995 to 1998. Timothy then worked at Ecce Panis Inc. from 1998 to 2004, where they held various roles including Cost Accountant, Accounts Receivable, Frozen Goods Coordinator, and Inventory & Logistics Manager. In 2004, Timothy joined Damascus Bakery as the Director of Finance, responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, including financial analysis and reporting, credit and accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management.
Timothy Rizk's education history begins in 1990 at West Orange High School, where they attended until 1993. After completing high school, they enrolled at New Jersey City University from 1996 to 2000. There, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management.

Headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, Damascus has been pleasing customers for 84 years. With grandsons Ed and Dave Mafoud at the helm, old-world traditions and new-world technology provide the perfect recipe for our extensive bakery line of pitas, lahvash wraps, paninis, flat bread roll-ups, and pizza crusts. While state-of-the-art machines offer speed and consistency, Grandpa would be proud that our quality and taste have never been compromised. We know bread, love bread, and were instilled with a passion for bread-making at an early age. With our parents and grandfather as our mentors, we take our craft – our art – very seriously.
