Alexandra Ciolan

Alexandra Ciolan currently serves as an Operational Improvement Assistant at Damen since September 2021, where responsibilities have included leadership roles such as Head of the Quality Assurance Office and Quality Assurance Auditor, as well as contributions as an Engineer. Prior experience includes participation in internship programs at Damen Shipyards Galati in both September 2019 and September 2020. Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Design and Simulation in Welding Engineering from Universitatea „Dunărea de Jos” din Galați, anticipated in 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the same institution, completed in July 2021.
