Magiel V.

Magiel V. is a seasoned professional with a strong background in naval operations and management. Experience includes serving as Managing Director and Commercial Director at Damen Naval from September 2019 to July 2020, overseeing the Damen Technical Cooperation Business Unit, which provides a range of services such as licensing and project management. Prior to this, Magiel V. held various positions at the Ministerie van Defensie from January 1996 to December 2011, including Naval Officer with notable military deployments and leadership roles. Academic qualifications consist of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Security Studies from the Royal Netherlands Naval Academy and a Master of Arts in Military History from the University of Amsterdam.
