Marijke Winiarski

Marijke Winiarski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the shipbuilding industry and a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and industrial participation. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Global Industrial Cooperation Association since May 2024, Marijke has held various positions at Damen since February 2011, including Industrial Participation Manager, Process Coordinator, and Supply Chain Coordinator focused on managing local content requirements. Marijke has also worked in commercial project management and bid management, contributing to significant projects across Africa. Prior experience includes roles in marketing and sales at Flexstaff and Bellucci, as well as positions in account management and marketing coordination at multiple organizations, complemented by a solid educational foundation from Hanze University between 2005 and 2010.
