Martin Verstraaten has extensive experience in the maritime and construction industries, currently serving as the Sales Manager for Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands at Damen Shipyards Group since June 2011, while also holding previous roles as Regional Service Manager and Project Manager for Services in Africa. Prior to Damen, Martin worked as a Production Manager at Bezemer Betonstaal, where responsibilities included managing production processes, enhancing product quality, and optimizing cost efficiency. Martin's earlier career included a position as an Account Manager at InterStep, focusing on recruitment for technical roles. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Business Engineering and Product Design & Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, complemented by ongoing training at Boertien Group since 2012.
