Michal Sieradzan is an experienced Project Leader and Lead Engineer in Piping and Mechanical systems, currently working at Damen since August 2013, where responsibilities include project planning, budget control, quality checks, and communication with clients and suppliers. Previously, Michal held positions at Amels as Lead Piping Engineer, coordinating piping systems for luxury yachts, and at Marine Service Holding B.V. as Piping Engineer, focusing on piping system routing and equipment modeling. Early career experience includes work at REMONTOWA S.A. as a Design Piping Engineer, overseeing ship construction and repairs, and at Shipyard Odys as a Process Engineer. Education includes a BSc in Ocean Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology.
