Paul Hansman

Paul Hansman is an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in the marine industry and project management. Currently serving as Interim Project Manager Engineering Mechanical at Damen since April 2016, Paul is responsible for overseeing project schedules, quality, and costs, and offers guidance to engineers and suppliers. Paul has held various roles within Damen, including Lead Mechanical Engineer and Subject Matter Expert focusing on 3Dexperience implementation, demonstrating expertise in mechanical design, problem-solving, and engineering oversight for new builds and designs. Prior experience includes positions at Royal IHC, where Paul designed P&IDs for various systems, and at Top-Cool Products, where innovative cooling technologies were developed. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and has foundational education from Eindhoven University of Technology.
